Returns & Cancellation
Odzonicfresh offers you the flexibility to return a product you bought if it is not to your satisfaction. Similarly Odzonicfresh also provides the option to cancel a confirmed order. However to ensure fair and just practices Odzonicfresh, abides by the following guidelines so that the customers expectations are met appropriately:
- Products that are delivered can be returned if there any manufacturing or production defects.
- Customers are requested to return the product in the original packing and with the original quantity (as much as possible).
- Odzonicfresh may choose not to accept the product for return if it has been used considerably (more than 30%).
- If the product is accepted for return the customer will be refunded up to 85% of the product cost. Any shipping costs associated with the original order however will not be refunded.
- If the delivery is not executed during first attempt due to incorrect or insufficient address, recipient not at home, address found locked or refusal to accept, The customer shall still be charged for the order. No refunds would be entertained for such items, if the information provided by the customer is incorrect .
- For 24 hour delivery, customers can choose to cancel their order within 6 hours of confirming the order. For same day delivery, customers should cancel their order within 2 hours of confirming the order.
- For canceling an order, the customer will have to contact the customer support executive by sending an email to email@example.com and giving the reference of your order number.
- A cancel request order can be termed as cancelled only after the customer support executive confirms that the order can be cancelled. If the order and delivery has already been processed by that time then cancellation cannot be processed.
- Any bank charges levied at the time of refund will be borne by the customer.
- For any cheque dishonoring transactions, the refund will not include the bank cheque dishonoring charges (if any).
